In advance we assure you that you should not worry since our boats are equipped with a basic Safety Kit, taking into account that we are ALWAYS on call on the high seas to assist you whenever necessary. However, if this were the case and it were inevitable, the first thing would be to NOT lose your cool and identify the problem. For example, imagine that the boat does not start or that when the anchor is anchored it stays aground and breaks… don't worry, we will assist in solving it. Safety at sea is the number ONE factor valued in our company, therefore, if the conditions are not optimal to set sail we cancel the departure. Unfortunately, the weather at sea is constantly changing and our obligation is to inform you in advance of it. For example, the day of the reservation arrives and the sea is bad, we offer another date or refund the money.
